Gut gelegenes 3 Sterne Hotel in der Innenstadt von Karlsruhe. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Karlsruher Einkaufsstraße oder auch an der Günther Klotz Anlage z.B. Für "Das Fest". Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt eine 24/7 besetzte Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und bietet reichlich Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und mit kostenlosem WLAN ausgestattet. Eine Hoteleigene Tiefgarage steht gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Ich war zufrieden und würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

We stayed for 3 nights, room is ok, bathroom is very small, no shampoo, no lotion, good that they have A/C. Paid for parking 9 EUR a night. Hard to find decent food /restaurants around, not many choice and if you drive in town it's difficult that you have to face of bicycle and walking area only. so hard to find parking. Close to hotel have some small take out but don't look good to eat. The hotel is in quiet area so slept good and very happy with breakfast. Have a lot of choice to choose, good quality. Wifi is free but not as good speed.

Although the first impression is not so positive (small hotel, neighborhood with bars & clubs, Kebab shops, Islamic union nearby, outdated hotel interior) you will soon find out, that this is only the first impression. There are some positive points that can’t be unnoticed. The hotel location is very good. It’s near to city center, the main pedestrian road and two tram stops are just a few steps away. The room was nice and clean. It was also very quiet since it was facing the courtyard. It has central heating for the winter and A/C for the summer. Comfortable bed, large flat TV and lots of sockets to charge your appliances. Bathroom was rather small with an extremely noisy extractor fan. Although functional, it needs renovation since it’s outdated. Wi-Fi coverage was fine inside the room but was poor for breakfast area. Breakfast was very good and it is definitely a big advantage for this hotel. Bright breakfast area facing the courtyard, lots of very fresh and tasty choices. Friendly and helpful staff. So, the overall value for money for this 3stars hotel is very good.

This hotel provided a perfectly good stay for a work trip. The rooms are clean and the breakfast had a very selection. The gentleman on reception who greeted us was not very cheerful and didn't exactly go out of this way to help us with our queries!

The hotel is very close to the centre of Karlsruhe, within easy walking distance of Kaiserstrasse, the main shopping street. Transport links are good, and it's possible to walk to the train station in 30 minutes - a very nice walk, as long as one is travelling without much luggage. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and the room was quite spacious. There were all the basic facilities one would expect, and I had no problems connecting to or using the WiFi. My room also had a balcony which I would imagine would be very nice during the summer, but as I stayed in October I didn't use it.

Very well situated in the city. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Something to remember in Karlsruhl is that some restaurants don't take credit cards or US dollars. The hotel lent us money to eat on!

Excellent hotel close to the center of Karlsruhe. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, at a very attractive price.
