Recently had the pleasure of staying at zenses. Rooms are great, the pool is awesome; a little jungle oasis in tulum. Highly recommend but the best part of my stay was hands down the service. Estella and Juan made our trip so special; they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and super accommodating. Ps-don’t forget to book a massage (hot stones)!!!

Beautiful, place. Room was tastefully decorated and spacious. High attention to detail. The concierge was kind and professional and always available to help. No food on site, but strategically located and close to many restaurants.

The hotel is amazing HOWEVER it’s in the most dangerous zone in Tulum. Taxis will even tell you they avoid those areas. Just a day after we arrived two tourist died due to cartel battling for territory.. this was two blocks from this hotel. Would it recommend going out at night walking and be prepared to pay $500 pesos to go to the beach where the hotel zone is located its 20-30min depending on traffic. Tulum is for someone who wants to spend $600-3000- night at the hotel zone. It’s somewhat safe there but very expensive not a lot of dining options below $100 a night. Avoid downtown. Also we checked out early due to it being dangerous Expedia tried working with reservations at the hotel we have yet to be refunded they kept hanging up on on Expedia and saying they couldn’t hear them. Very sketchy. Go to Cancun and get all inclusive better!

Simply amazing. Peace and in a great location. This place is top notch and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There is free yoga classes every morning. The rooms are so clean and chic. I absolutely loved it here.
