Great stay, unfortunately due to the Corona virus pandemic they where forced to close. The staff is super friendly and a great place to stay as soon as the travel restrictions are reduced. Wish the staff all the best in these difficult times

El lugar hermoso, la habitacion espaciosa, linda y limpia, pero ......a la vuelta estan en construccion y a las 7am empezo un ruideral por una escavadora industrial, mi fin de semana de relax se torno en una pesadilla, tuve que cancelar y buscar una opcion para descanso, despues de viajar desde el DF.

Beautiful new hotel. Big clean rooms with an amazing courtyard. The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Turned our stay from great to amazing. Everyone went above and beyond from arranging a rental car, our transportation to the airport, and even making us tea at night when the hot tap on the water cooler wasn’t working (thanks María!! You absolutely made our night.) The breakfast is fantastic with fresh fruit and real coffee - it is prepared fresh so allot yourself enough time. We enjoyed the location as it was close to restaurants and bars, but far enough away that it was quiet. Take the yoga class at least once!

Excellent property beautiful location and beautiful facility. Staff and workers were very polite friendly and accommodating. We really appreciate your hospitality your friendliness as well as the cleanliness of the resort. Breakfast was amazing as well. Location was great close to the beach As well as downtown Tulum. Would recommend five out of five!!

First off, this place was very hard to find. The address on expedia will not show up on any GPS apps. We were about to give up and found ourselves driving in a dark alley and found it. Once we got there it was beautiful! Hot water only lasts about 2 mins per shower so shower fast lol

My second time in Tulum and let me tell you this hotel is bran new and I was really worried if the room are like the images that was online and it was exact same. Everything that the add said was there plus a super nice stuff that help with any need. ive paid like 150$ a night and I can say that up too 220$ is an amazing deal. The hotel is really close to down town but if you want to get to the beach you'll must rent a scooter taxi was so expensive in the high season and the traffic near the beach is hell. With a scooter its like 5-10 min fun ride but you must know how to ride because the roads are bit broken. Highly recommend this hotel and I hope that they will open restaurant there soon other then that its a really amazing deal. The only thing that need to change is the shampoo and soup bottles in the shower :) it was super annoying to push the shampoo out of the bottles.

What a dream to find this place in Tulum. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived, the room was amazing - spacious, clean, comfortable and the design was beautiful. The pool was very relaxing and refreshing after a day exploring Tulum. The breakfast was to die for (we are big foodies). Thank you Zenes for a wonderful stay at the end of our trip in Mexico.
