Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Recommended

Just great

The breakfast had very limited fruit selection and my wife was not impressed with the cooked breakfast and it seemed that there was too many guests and not enough room between tables

Too many guests and tables too close also the pool and beach you were like sardines not nice Also the pillows are rock hard and this was added up to very uncomfortable night sleep

I booked this hotel expecting a genuine luxury experience, but unfortunately it fell well short of that standard. While the hotel itself may look impressive at first glance, the overall service and guest experience were disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a luxury resort. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the attitude of the staff. On multiple occasions, staff members came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Rather than feeling welcomed as guests, we often felt like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked a simple question or requested assistance. Good customer service is one of the key elements that defines a luxury hotel, and sadly that was completely lacking here. Another major disappointment was the sun lounger situation. The hotel operates a booking system for sun loungers because there simply aren’t enough available for the number of guests staying at the resort. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a hotel advertising itself as luxury. During our stay we had to wait approximately two hours before a sun lounger became available, despite spending a significant amount of money on our holiday. Having to queue or wait for basic facilities completely defeats the purpose of a relaxing holiday. A luxury hotel should provide enough facilities to comfortably accommodate all of its guests, not create unnecessary competition for somewhere to sit by the pool. It was frustrating to see guests constantly checking availability and waiting around instead of enjoying their holiday. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the poor customer service and inadequate pool facilities seriously let it down. There is a significant difference between a hotel with luxury décor and one that actually delivers a luxury experience. Unfortunately, this hotel is the former rather than the latter.

Nos gustó TODO !!! La habitación, desayuno , su cena , la ubicación , ta terraza en la azotea con una vista maravillosa y por sobretodo la atención del personal . Volveríamos de todas maneras

Que no hubiera gazpacho en el desayuno ,los cuescos de las ciruelas las cáscara en las frutas , que es SPA funcionara hasta tan temprano , la publicidad no considera a su huéspedes más importantes, los Que son sobre 50 años

After exploring beachside options in Marbella, I was looking forward to staying in this hotel for its central location and beach club. I have now been attempting to book this hotel via phone all day. I was repeatedly transferred, put on hold or hung up on by various customer service agents. As these were international phone calls, I now have approximately $87 dollars worth of overage charges and still no room booked. I will now be choosing to book another hotel. For a hotel brand that markets itself as 5 star experience, I would expect top tier service from beginning phone call to check out and in my experience, this hotel has dropped the ball.

I have never stayed in such a small room had no wardrobe and no balcony it was tiny terrible Couldn’t guarantee getting a sunbed around the pool or on the beach there was a waiting list daily !! If you did manage get one you couldn’t leave it for more than half an hour to go and have lunch unless you was eating in the hotel We wanted to walk down the promenade and get a sandwich and come back but that wasn’t allowed For a 4 star hotel it was shocking wouldn’t recommend this place you at least expect a wardrobe and drawers in your room and be able to get a sunbed Would never go back
