The room was good, it could use an update. The bathroom and floors looked a bit old and used. It was very expensive for the quality of hotel

Excellent stay! Great location with easy access to everything. The food was very good, with plenty of tasty options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything to dislike. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made the stay very enjoyable.

Firstly. I have never had a room so small in a 4 star hotel before. There was a small, open hanging rail for clothes and that’s it. No wardrobe, no drawers, no cupboards. We spent our stay with most of our clothes in our suitcases. There are larger rooms but hotel was full so no opportunity to change. Secondly. The aircon in the room never reduced the temperature to below 23.5 degrees C even when leaving it on all day. Hardly cool on a hot summer day. Thirdly. The sunbeds around the tiny pool (looks so much larger in the pictures) are so close that there’s no space to move. If the couple next to you open the sun umbrella you end up in shade whether you want to or not! They have a ridiculous, sporadically enforced ‘sunbed and towel’ policy too. First day we couldn’t get a bed even though plenty had towels on them for hours without anyone on them. Second day we got up earlier, found some beds and used them all morning. When we went to get some lunch we were told we had 30 mins or our towels and belongings would be removed! Unless you ate lunch in the hotel’s beach club - which is extortionately priced for lunch! As mentioned, this policy was adhered to by some staff, and ignored by others. All in all, for a four star hotel we thought it was quite poor. Service levels around the pool and bar are hit and miss too. One day we attempted to order coffee by the pool and were told we’d have to wait 15 mins as they were ‘busy’.

Hay demasiados artículos de propaganda para comprar y consumir en la habitación. Ahorrarían espacio y tiempo con máquinas expendedoras.
