The view was amazing. The Terrace with big windows that could open from the room to an ocean view was breathtaking.

Everything was amazing. I liked it all.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is kind, and the price–performance ratio has been good. Unfortunately, something happened to me and to several acquaintances from Switzerland (who booked this hotel based on my recommendation) that was very disappointing. A young receptionist was consistently very unfriendly. Already at check-in, she stated that she did not speak English and was unwilling to assist us. She was on her private phone during work and seemed visibly annoyed to help. A few hours later, when her supervisor was apparently present, she suddenly spoke fluent English and was very friendly. However, on the following days, when she was again working alone, it was very difficult to interact with her. I was satisfied with all other staff members, but my experience with this particular employee was unfortunately very unpleasant. Other guests also mentioned similar issues, as she refused to assist in English with simple requests such as storing luggage or checking in. Overall, the interaction felt disrespectful and unhelpful until supervisors were present

La localisation très excentrée, l'hôtel est vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu.

accueil très agréable, chambre grande et propre, très bon petit déjeuner, promenade sur le bord de mer

l'ouverture du parking est faite par la personne de l'accueil, donc non automatisée, il faut parfois patienter

Sauna et hammam inutilisables car vétuste et pas propre

Do quarto, não obstante priviligiar quartos afastados do elevador.

Reposição do pequeno almoço, no sentido de que perante grande afluência não tiveram a capacidade para garantir a mesma oferta de qualidade. Relativamente ao quarto a apontar algumas infiltrações que requerem regularização no teto do quarto no último piso e a pressão da água a este piso no chuveiro não é aceitável.
