Mooi hotel, aan het strand, dichtbij de stad Porto. We kregen een gratis upgrade en hadden een mooie kamer met zeezicht. We hadden dit hotel uitgekozen omdat het laadvoorzieningen voor elektrische auto’s heeft en die bleken er inderdaad te zijn, in een aparte garage onder het hotel.

Acho tudo muito mau.

Tanto a Sauna como o Banho turco estão em péssimo estado. Mais do que falta de atualização precisam de limpeza e segurança. o banho turco tem um buraco no chão, a sauna estava a desfazer-se e à temperatura ambiente. Em geral a area de spa cheira muito a esgoto. Os recursos humanos do hotel são todos estagiários sem experiência em hotelaria. A Manager esclareceu que desconhece o estado da sauna e do banho turco porque não os visita com regularidade. As condições são muito fracas para os valores que pedem. O serviço é muito fraco. O pequeno almoço é mediano.
