Bathroom wasn’t to clean

nothing place is dirty

I paid for a non-smoking room, but the room I received was dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. They gave us a card to open the door, but it didn't work. We had to seek help from a guest next door just to get into our room. Ultimately, we had to leave, even though we had already paid for the night. It was a nightmare and a horrible experience; I definitely won't be going back. I wouldn't be surprised if they have bedbugs.

We stayed for a night and the tv wasn’t working. Around 11 pm we asked a staff at the front desk if they could give us a different room but he was bit of rude and give us slightly attitude we were told we can leave the hotel if we want to. This is not why booked hotel in quality. We could’ve stay somewhere just because we’ve been getting loyalty services from quality hotels management this why we chose to. And these are type of behaviors makes bad reputation for the hotel management.

Didn't see any breakfast. Liked that it was available last minute but price kept changing. Then when I arrived the place was much less full than antcipated.room.could have used

The room needed a makeover. Modernize it

The location and it was cheap

Booked a nonsmoking room and it smelled of cigaretts and I woke up itching and covered in bug bites. Not sure if it was mosquitoes, flees or what but I still have welts 4days later
