I didn't get the non-smoking room i ordered online...

Very poor conditions but a good location

bathroom smell like urine I unfortunately booked a smoking room, but the overriding smell was a urine from the bathroom.

I booked this place because it was reasonably close to my job. The location is literally the only good thing about it.

I booked this place for 3 nights and had to leave in the middle of the first night because something bit me. This place is like something out of a horror movie from the zombie workers at the front desk to whatever is crawling through the rooms. Thankfully, I purchased the travel insurance and am actively trying to get my money back!

I booked this place for one night.. I feel for the price. They are changing. They can do better for customers' service.

I don't like that the room smells like cigarettes and roaches were everywhere. The first thing I saw when I put on the lights was the roaches
