Andaman Embrace Patong, Phuket

Very warm and friendly staff. Very helpful. Great location. Central to where ever you wanted to go meaning walking distance. To Patong Beach and to Jungceylon.

Smoking in quite a few areas, like to see less smoking. It really smells. Old part of the hotel is not as nice (may need a bit of an update) as the new side where the pool access. .

Très bel hôtel, très très bien situé quartier calme, proche de la plage et des restaurations, piscine agréable, buffet du petit déjeuner complet avec du choix, lits avec un bon confort, le personnel toujours souriants et à l'écoute des besoins

Il manquait des placards pour ranger ses vêtements et un grand miroir de haut en bas, j'avais aussi une très grande terrasse vide, il manquait des canapés de jardin ou transat sur cette terrasse afin de mieux en profiter

Location was good, breakfast was great

Reception staff (POP) were rude and unfriendly. When we were leaving I was charged for throwing away empty hand wash containers. They were not filled and I did not know we needed to ask for them to be filled and as they were empty I threw them away and was charged 500 Baht for doing so. The bathrooms need work, it was quite dangerous climbing in and out of the large bath to have a shower and the shower water had no where to go but on the floor which made climbing in and out of the bath even worse.
