lo unico rescatable es que hay algunas personas amables pero en general no puedo hablar cosas buenas porque estoy muy decepcionado, siento que no parece todo incluido. limitan mucho la comida, un empleado diciendonos en un tono grosero : antes agradezcan que les doy algo de postre. En general la experiencia no fue buena.

hay empleados demasiado estresados que tratan mal a los turistas la administración del hotel hace todo complicado para que sea dificil acceder a los servicios que ofrecen. cierran la playa a las 6 de la tarde y ponen un vigilante que evite que las personas entren al mar, si es por economizar recursos, en lugar de pagar al vigilante , contraten otro guarda de playa que permita mas tiempo en la playa como hacen los otros hoteles

"Better places"

Of all their Decameron this has to be the worst. Food and drinks were terrible and the beach is gross. Way better hotels that are all inclusive this one I would stay far away
