Me gustó Mucho la Atención del personal en los diferentes puntos , reservas , restaurantes y recepción

La calidad de los cócteles que ofrecen es regular a mi esposa le gusta mucho la piña colada y la que ofrecen es bastante regular

Las habitaciones,los eventos q hacen deportivos en la playa

Los puntos de distribución con la cerveza ya que en la Discoteca no hay disponibilidad de este licor, y el licor brindado es de mala calidad . La atención de algunos empleados con malas respuestas hacia el huésped .

Playa

El personal de servicio de restaurantes empezaba a recoger la comida antes de la hora de cierre, mal WiFi en todo el hotel, horarios muy inflexibles, filas para comer postres y snacks, instalaciones limpias pero muy antiguas, la piscina y el gimnasio abren muy tarde 8am si quieres hacer deporte o nadar no alcanzas a desayunar después

La comida es variada, tienen en cuenta las peticiones de alimentación para los bebés. Son generosos y originales en snacks y bebidas. Pueden seguir mejorando en esa variedad!

La falta de agilidad en el check in, las instalaciones pueden mejorarse con remodelaciones, la playa es regular y el espacio es pequeño.
