Such a bad place to book from them specially when you want to cancel your booking. Their bad in communication and and so bad in their connection. I tried to call them they do not respond and they do not accept your request.

Sandy beach is amazing and very clean. Sun shades are available and covers a big side of the beach. SPA services (for a fee) are excellent!

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll... 1) an der Rezeption hat man uns empfangen aber keine einzige Info über das Hotel gegeben. Der Portier hat dies dann netterweise übernommen... 2) die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Meist liegen überall Haare noch rum und die Spiegel bleiben voller Wasserflecken. Die gebrauchten Gläser/ Tassen werden wahrscheinlich nur kurz unter das Wasser gehalten. 3) das Bad und das Waschbecken ist verstopft. Wenn man duscht braucht man gar kein Swimmingpool mehr... Haben uns bereits 2 mal beschwert und die Antwort war das sei normal bei denen... 4) Telefon ist auch kaputt aber das interessiert auch keinen... 5) wenn man als Türke hierher kommt, merkt man schnell dass die ausländischen Touristen vom Personal viel besser behandelt werden. Die sind freundlicher zu denen und kommen immer wieder zu denen an den Tisch... wenn man hier als Türke bedient werden will, hat man kaum eine Chance. Am besten selber aufstehen und holen... 6) man bestellt etwas ohne Alkohol bekommt aber ein alkoholisches Cocktail und der Barkeeper entschuldigt sich nicht einmal. 8) wenn man sich beschwert bietet man einem nur ein Abend im alacarte restaurant an sonst passiert gar nichts 9) wenn man Schokolade/ Kekse aus Deutschland dabei hat am besten im Safe einschließen... eine ungeöffnete Verpackung wird dreist vom Personal im Zimmer aufgemacht und verzehrt. 10) das Personal ist entweder überfordert oder nicht qualifiziert für die Jobs

It was our first time in Turkey and first time in The Crystal Palace Spa. Expedia mi-sold (it was on their website) the holiday to us claiming it was a 24 hours check-in. It is not. Despite the fact that the hotel also couldn't find my booking, after i had travelled overnight to get there, the night manager said "we were his guests" until the situation was resolve (over 4 hours later). He allowed us to have breakfast and use the swimming pool. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. The food is varied and abundant, even for fussy eaters like me and my 6 years old son. The entertainment team is unstoppable. The irish bar servers Becks, just in case you fancy some non-turkish beer. Some of the staff (bar/restaurant) don't speak very good english, but with smiles and good-will you'll manage to get anything you want. I will definitely return to Crystal Palace, but not via Expedia.
