Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Alle Angestellten des Hauses sind sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen war in der Auswahl aufgrund der fehlenden Gäste reduziert, was aber an der guten Qualität des Essens nichts verändert hat. Das Animationsteam ist auch positiv zu erwähnen.

The hotel is fantastic and so happy that we had our holiday there. The stay was so good that we were not missing our home a bit. Antalya, Turkey itself is a great place and this hotel and people made it so memorable. We stayed there for a week but it went so quickly and wished we could have had few more days. The Rooms were clean and fresh looking all the time. The dedicated cleaning staffs were working very hard all the time and regularly cleaned the room to make sure we get a nice and cosy room. Although we did not specifically asked we had a nice balcony view to the swimming pools and to the sea. Watching sunset from the balcony and some days in beach itself was so great. Food was fantastic and they were having different themes every day. The highlight is the evening shows after dinner. Show anchor and all the team members were great and they did a good job putting up such variety of shows every night. Every night kids were looking forward to the kids disco and they all picked up few moves! Swimming pools were clean. Kids were thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is a small kids pool and a little playground but didn't have much time to enjoy it. They were busy in the swimming pool itself. The only negative point is the management of the Gameland which wasn't very welcoming. The guy who running the area need some people skills and there should be bit more child friendly person. May be a wrong person on a wrong job. In total a fabulous holiday!

Our fifth trip to antalya and this was the worst hotel we have stayed at. Poor service, only one a la carte restaurant open per night which was always booked up and poor facilities.

It was a nice holiday for me and my wife. We spent nice time together and this place really made our holiday more special. Everything was arranged and nice. Meal, staff, location, beach side everything up to the mark. Really impressed.

Good hotel, excellent staff very friendly and very helpful. Food also very good and plenty of choice. Bars not bad but very subdued with little or no music, Terrace bar is more like a library and nobody goes in it. Bedrooms excellent and cleaners also excellent and very friendly. management good always about and approachable. overall a good hotel few little niggles like no courtesy room and they charge £10 an hour to keep your room on, live singers are shockingly bad.

Excellent resort for families. Went 3 adults, 1 toddler and an infant. Given a family room with sea view, nice king sized bed and spacious. Free minibar in the room too. Food a bit repetitive (normal for AI hotels) but tasty and of good qualitu, always found something to eat. Animation team very friendly and excellent. Waiting staff a bit hit and miss but once you give them tips, service went up a few notches so save some small change.

All expectations were met at this resort. the room, the food, the service. kids club staff was very capable of entertaining children and bonding with all ages. the only person who was a draw back in our experience stay was the gamearcade manager, who was unfriendly and rude in attitude towards children. with that attitude I would not want my kids to be there by them selves.

Fabulous hotel, we visited mid January so obviously out of season but we were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent and very varied restaurant (not the same fayre every night as can often be the case in AI hotels). Al a carte restaurants also available. Entertainment every night and smiling friendly staff. Please be aware that this hotel is not actually in Side but a 25 minute bus ride away. 25 minutes in the opposite direction is Manavgat. Buses are plentiful (and cheap). Would highly recommend.
