Erica Residences - Riverside

Everything about the place is superb. Friendly staffs who are always ready to assist and ensure you have the most relaxed stress free stay.

All was absolutely good.

I had a wonderful stay at Erica Residences. The location in Riverside is perfect,it’s peaceful and green and very close to Westlands. The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the calm vibe and the great view of the balcony, was able to work peacefully while enjoying the view and cool breeze.A huge thanks to the staff for being so attentive and professional they made me feel at home. Highly recommend!It is perfect for both short and long visits.

The location and staff were pleasant, but the main issue was the temperature of the room. It was incredibly cold throughout my stay, and there didn't seem to be adequate heating or insulation to make it comfortable. I honestly expected a much cozier room .

The hygiene level was exceptionally, the bedding were amazing 👏
