"Un hotel en el harbor"

El hotel muy bien, al igual que su personal. Nos gustó muchísimo el baño. Pudimos llevar a nuestro perrito sin problema. La zona donde está es muy nueva y muy cool.

Nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 20€ la estancia por el perro. Para estar segura, pregunté si era por noche o por todo,me dijeron que por todo, y al final allá me cobraron 20€ por noche... Estaría bien que fueran más claros a dar ese tipo de información, porque teniendo en cuenta que mi perra no gasta nada del hotel, se me hace un poco excesivo.

Super Lage, schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Leider Haare im Bett gehabt und das Parkhaus war sehr eng und 25€ am Tag auch echt teuer

fantastische douche, heerlijk bed. Mooie kamer. Raam tot op de grond, daardoor wijds uitzicht. Het ontbijt. Ik kan geen minpunt bedenken !

"Schade"

Mein gebuchten Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Angeblich gab es einen Wasserschaden. Das kann ich ja noch verstehen. Ich bin nicht informiert worden bis ich abends tot müde zum Check in kam. Mindesten 2 mail habe ich ich vor meinem Aufenthalt bekommen, um Sekt oder Bier aufs Zimmer zu ordern... Aber dass ich kein Platz zum Schlafen hatte...dass konnte man mir weder per mail, noch telefonisch mitteilen. Dann wurde ich zu einem anderen Raddison per Taxi verbracht, dort wollte niemand mein Taxi zahlen. Dann enthält die mail, die meine steuerlich relevante Rechnung enthalten soll, keine mail. Auf 2 Mails zur direkten Nachfrage nach der Rechnung habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.... Das nervt echt.

Alles bis auf das Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer komfortabel und sauber.

Frühstück leider nicht so abwechslungsreich, wie für den Preis zu erwarten.
