Rezeption wahr Katastrophe besonders eine junge Mädchen sie wahr sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent an ihren Arbeit sie hat gestern Frühschicht und heute auch Name weiß ich nicht leider ! Ich bin ein stammgast bei Radison Hamburg Düsseldorf Prag Denn Haag ! Leider das wahr für mich das letzte mal das ich Radison in Düsseldorf buche !

Schönes Hotel

Die Bar hat nicht lang genug geöffnet und man muss sich an überteuerten Automaten bedienen. Die Klimaanlage ist zu laut und kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Es fehlen reale Nachhaltigkeits- und Umweltkonzepte!

Von sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Personal Rezeption Frühstück und Bar Damen+Nachtschicht Herr bis Zimmer, Sauna, draussen lounge und Tiefgerage alles hervorragend. Man hat sich rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage war sehr gut und man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen wo man hin wollte. Danke für den schön Aufenthalt!!!

Eigentlich Nichts. Nur für den frühstuckstisch vielleicht kleine abfall eimer zu verfügung stellen
