Trevligt hotell som är nyrenoverat, jättesnäll personal i både recensionen och köket. bra frukost och bra rum, sköna sängar etc. Balkongerna är också bra med fin utsikt mot havet . Största nackdelen är att rummen är väldigt lyhörda , så man hör lätt grannen prata och kolla på TV. Hade rummen varit lite tätare så skulle hotellet fått 5 av 5 i betyg ! Bättre alternativ parkering hade också varit ett extra plus i kanten , men det gick bra att stå ute på dem lugna villa vägarna runtom.

I've now stayed at this hotel 4 times. Every time as good as the last. The food is very good, the bar is well stocked and will make any drink you request. The staff are jewel in this hotel crown. They go out of their way to make your stay a happy and comfortable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one staying in Portals. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Nice comfortable hotel, great food and good location to local beaches. Friendly staff, comfortable room with sea facing view. Will be sure to revisit next year.

good breakfast. nice beach area within walking distance a good 10 minute walk to shops bars etc. close to bus stop handy for palma rooms on the small side and lacking in storage space. but cleaning staff in daily and did a good job 2 BBC channels lovely staff made you feel very welcome overall a very pleasant experience

Very well placed for Portals and a Sunny Pool all day. Unfortunately noisy fellow Brits by the pool, tarnished a peaceful hotel.
