Exe Portals Nous

Good location close to a small nice beach in Portals, unfortunately very bad beds and dirty rooms. A renovation of the rooms and a bit more friendly staff would do this Hotel good.

Hotellet var som udgangspunkt vældigt fint. Der var meget fint og rent i foyeren, restauranten og området omkring poolen. Til gengæld, var der beskidt på vores værelse. Der lå nullermænd under sengene og natborde og masser af sand på gulvet. Vi nævnte det i receptionen og der gik 2 dage for gulvet blev vasket. Det er er hotel, som ligger tæt på stranden og deraf, vil vi jo have sand på os, når vi har været på stranden. Vi havde 11 overnatninger, og der blev ikke gjort rent på bordene, og stort set heller ikke på badeværelset. Skiftning af sengetøj og håndklæder fungerede fint. Det er et 3 stjernede hotel, og den almindelige standart burde være lidt bedre. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin og masser af vælge imellem. Den lille strand i nærheden af hotellet, ligger i en lille bugt og er rigtig dejlig. Wi-Fi fungerede også fint. Hvis man skulle opgradere hotellet, ville et lille køleskab have været dejligt, så man kunne holde sine vandflasker kolde. Vi var der i en meget varm periode.

A szálloda egy csendes szép helyen található, ahonnan nagyon szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre, illetve a hotel medencéjére. Állapotát tekintve jó állapotú, felújított, a szobákban kényelmes ágy, csendes légkondicionáló, sok csatornás lcd tv, valamint modern felszerelésű fürdőszoba található. Az alkalmazottak kedvesek voltak, különösen a takarítók, akik érkezésünkre aranyos törölköző babákkal és virággal vártak az ágyra elkészítve. Körülbelül 3 naponta esti szórakoztató műsort tartottak (bűvész - ez rendkívül érdekes volt, és egy énekes hölgy), amik kifejezetten tetszettek nekünk. Minden nap többször volt sportolási, tornázási lehetőség animátor irányításával, bár mi ezeken nem vettünk részt. A wifi jel minősége jó volt a szálloda területén. Az éttermet tekintve, nagyon figyeltek a tisztaságra és a terítésre, a reggeli rendkívül változatos és finom volt, a sütemények verhetetlenek, ilyen finomat még nem nagyon ettem máshol. A vacsoránál viszont túl sokszor volt gombás étel, és nem volt túl nagy a választék egyéb főtt ételekből. Ami volt, az finom volt, de jó lett volna még 1-2 egyszerűbb, népszerűbb étel is. Egy kicsit negatív volt a mini hűtő hiánya, és a vacsoránál a főtt ételek picit lehettek volna változatosabbak, emiatt csak 4 csillag, de egyébként újra visszamennénk és ajánlom másoknak is.

Börjar med det som var bra: frukosten var god! Personalen i restaurangen och städarna var mycket trevliga. Området är superfint med kort promenad längs havet till Portal Nous där det finns mkt bra restauranger (höga priser, ca 30€ för en huvudrätt, mkt god mat!). Havet är helt otrolig! Det som var mindre bra: vi fick från början ett rum där AC:n inte fungerade och det STANK av mögel. Efter mycket tjat fick vi byta till ett nytt rum. Det nya rummet hade en fungerade (men mycket högljud) AC. Den läckte dock vatten, rann vatten från taket hela natten ner på golvet. Fyra handdukar var genomblöta på morgonen efter. Detta fixades dagen efter. Eluttagen satt löst och trillade ner på golvet. Under sängen var det ett tjockt lager med damm... sand på golven. Smutsigt i badrummet. Hotellet funkar om man bara är ute efter att sova där och på dagarna njuta av havet och stränderna. Vattnet går inte att jämföra med Palma Bay, i Portals är det som ett akvarium. Taxi in till Palma kostar ca 15-20€.

Nice location and surroundings. Friendly staff. We had one full week at the hotel and could have used better cleaning of the room during the week. Nice pool area, but annoying that other guest reserve sunbeds with their towels entire day, without hardly using them, but hotel do not do anything about it (besides a sign that no one see/respects)

We paid for a room with sea view. We did not get it, even though we complained about it at the hotel and we also wrote two mails to hotels.com. Hotels.com svarede aldrig. They did not take into account that we were going to stay 16 days there. And we had previously stayed 7 days at the other chain´s hotel RD Mar de Portals. Staff was nice and polite and did their best but they did not give us a room with sea view. Room was tiny and had old fashioned decoration (the seventies).

Got checked in quickly and efficiently and went to room to unpack. Had paid for 'deluxe' room but only benefits were pool view and provision of pool towels; room was compact. Room had a kettle but no cups or tea or coffee; asked receptionist what kettle was for and was told "for boiling water". Bathroom was very shabby - numerous cracked tiles, holes that had been filled after towel ring had been moved and enamel had worn off various places on the bath with rust showing through. Wash hand basin developed leak from waste pipe and had to be fixed - was angled towards the floor so nothing would sit on it.

Good hotel - modern, good facilities and very helpful/friendly staff

We stayed here for 10days on bed and breakfast basis. Our room had a terrace over looking the pool with 2 sun beds on it. These rooms are situated on the first floor overlooking the pool. There is a small sandy beach 400 metres away and a small village which is 15 minutes walk away which has several bars and restaurants in it and a small supermarket. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and the food was very good. The snack menu at dinner time is very good and reasonably priced.

The staff were fantastic especially Gabriel the barman and the waitresses in the restaurant. Overall, for the price of our stay, we were satisfied. We wanted an economical five day stay which was not our main holiday. The rooms were a bit small and the sounds of other guests' ablutions were quite obvious. Sound proofing of rooms recommended!! The pool area was nice with sea views. Breakfast was good. We didn't pay for evening meal as we like to go out to eat & try local restaurants. We did pay to "eat in" one evening as the weather was awful & we didn't fancy a walk into town in the rain. The food was average but not expensive so we didn't mind too much. The wine on the menu was pretty good and much cheaper than in local restaurants. We went on some lovely walks to local beaches & to the Marina which was great for "people watching". Clothes shops at the Marina's price tags were eye watering! I bought an identical top at the local beach shop near the hotel for 15 euros which was priced at a staggering 750 euros at the Marina!! Nevertheless, great yachts to look at!! Best local restaurant for delicious food & friendly service was Casa Paco but be aware that the menu of the night which includes three courses and wine can work out cheaper than having a single main course and drinks!! Our favourite seedy bar for a quick drink & tapas & free WIFI was opposite Casa Paco was "Rua".
