Clean, modernised hotel. Adults only so quiet around pool area and sun beds available even in August! Close to lovely cove & short walk to village with good choice of restaurants. Good value & perfect for us!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations, pool area was lovely, staff very friendly and comfortable rooms!

My husband a day I engorged our short break here. Wednesday to Sunday. Lovely weather, very relaxed vibe great food when self catering. Only 6 euro in a taxi to palma nova five minutes away or 12 euro to magaluf. Very friendly staff too.

All staff were wonderful, nice ambience, pool area spotless and refreshing, plenty of sun beds & parasols, food delicious...nothing more to say other than we will definently return for a quiet break.

Nice hotel a bit secluded very little choice in food and not even warm never mind hot the hotel is lovely and clean the rooms are very modern and the staff are brilliant no entertainment on a night but recommend if you can get past the food

Rooms are small and very basic bathrooms. Dining area often overcrawded and waiting for breakfast by the door to be let in.

A quality hotel ran very well with a personal touch.

Terrible experience - Do not book a room in this hotel or in the "RD Portals" Chain! This hotel just changed name and all the staff don't know what to do. I was asking for a double bed months before but it was not possible to have it. The carpet it is dirty in all the Hotel, the rooms are really small and without fridge. The food it is just disgusting and always the same. I was asking to cancel my reservation to go in another hotel but this was not possible. They were asking me to move in another hotel from their chain RD Portals "Mar de Portals" and also there was a disaster. Also there the staff/management it is a disaster. They were able to ask me 3 different prices for the same room, they were telling me that I could have a room with Jacuzzi and they were selling me one with shower. I was there for 2 hours waiting in order to see a decent room without an answer, without a smile, without a free drink! At the end I went back to the previous Hotel because I had enough about their staff.

Even though I was not all inclusive the food on offer was very poor quality drinks very expensive room ok bathroom very cramped.Bar and restaurant very understaffed,at least two moor staff required.Location not what I expected 15 minutes walk to village.Will not return even if offered free deal.

Hotel is what it is a 3 star hotel . Air conditioner ok . Bathroom badly needs updating . Bath chipped ,no plugs for bath or washbasin . Awkward for shaving . Most of staff very Helpful . Getting difficult to get subbed at pool as the usual people leaving towels on beds then disappearing for hours . Sign up but nobody enforces it .
