La vu du bar en haut. La piscine. Le service et le petite déjeuner

La chambre. Nous étions en suite tropicale qui n’est finalement qu’un appartement en hauteur vue piscine. Très déçu de cela, ce n’est pas visible ni bien expliqué sur le site.

We stayed in the loft with 2 bedrooms. And entire loft is massive with the private pool. The interior design is great with the elegant modern style. And very comfortable indeed! The staffs are all super friendly and thank you offered me extended checkout to 2pm!

Assuming the loft is a bit old, some room facilities need to be maintained better or improved. Just few minor issues. 1. Sockets to be maintained as one is not working. 2. Air Con controller is not user friendly that in a room I was struggling to point the controller to the aircon to make it work. 3. TV could be larger as it is a bit small in a such massive living room

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die App, die auch funktioniert, ist oft nicht der Fall, wo man alles bestellen und fragen kann. Das Essen, wir haben nur in Firefly gegessen, vielfältige Auswahl und super lecker. In-Room dinning auch über app, schnell bestellt und schnell geliefert.

Das alle Shuttle Zeiten bis auf eine durchgestrichen wurden zum Strand und Shopping. Die Lage ist speziell. Das man Deposit 12000 baht, das noch bis zu 2 Wochen nach Auschecken gehalten wird bezahlen muss und wenn man die Summe mitten im Urlaub überschritten hat muss man die ganze Summe bezahlen, und nicht wie gewohnt beim Auschecken.
