The Pavilions Phuket

I absolutely loved the Pavilions Phuket. The property was so beautiful, it was calm and quiet, I loved all of the beautiful plants and trees, the layout was great, the service was amazing, the staff were so lovely and accommodating 🙏🏼

We loved the setting the room was excellent Ocean View Villa. The staff were all amazing. I would say it caters to adults which we loved, very quiet .

We had a scooter, so getting around was fine for us. There are plenty of taxis and grabs which you will need to use because of the location. I will mention the resort does have their own shuttle which we also used.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite tropicale et c’était tout simplement magnifique. Très spacieuse, confortable, avec une vraie sensation d’intimité dans un cadre apaisant. Le domaine est superbe, calme et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, toujours disponible et très professionnel. Gros plus : les navettes dans le domaine (qui est très grand), très pratiques pour se déplacer facilement. Je recommande sans hésiter, une expérience inoubliable !

I think people need to be aware when you book the ocean view room that looks like it’s at the front there are two rows of villa so this is misleading and while it’s not the properties fault there is lots of building work happening and it’s noisy

The whole stay was faultless. The villa was perfect the customer service was amazing.

Die Lage, zu weit außerhalb des nächsten Ortes. Nur mit Taxi erreichbar. Zu Fuß viel zu beschwerlich. Die Armaturen der Duschen sind veraltet und nicht mehr gut einstellbar, sie sollten erneuert werden.

We had the most incredible staff at The Pavilions. The staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely. My husband injured his knee by the pool and a staff member came to help him straight away without us even asking. All round the service levels were exceptional!! Our rooms and all the facilities were of a very high standard. The food was amazing. We had planned to venture out and explore however loved the food and resort so much that we ended up staying put. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. Such delicious fresh food. Kids loved the variety as well. Staff were super attentive and would let you know when it was time for last orders. This is one of the only resorts I have stayed at where I could graze on my breakfast (with mimosas!) whilst watching the kids in the adjoining pool. Wouldn't hesitate in booking The Pavilions again!!

Hotel was beautiful to say the least! Daily complimentary breakfast served with fresh food. All the workers were extremely kind and so helpful . The room was cleaned daily and upon arrival. The views and the pool were everything I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can see myself revisiting. I chose this hotel b/c it was closer to the airport . They also provided me with a complimentary birthday cake upon arrival so yummy. Thanks again
