I didnt like property at all. i asked for a replacement, I requested a refund. None from booking.com customer care help

Not at all hygiene. Customer care rejected a replacement. so we are forced to stay there just because we travelled from a distant location. place was deep inside a forest area and we just went there for sleeping just for 2 hours because we had no option. worst worst service by booking.com. i will not use booking.com and will not recommend to anyone
