The food was bad, the staff looking like below 18 and not mature, don't understand Marathi. We have to ask for basic things that should be ready before check-in. Like water bottles, kettles, etc. The room needs soundproofing. The door was not closed properly.

It was a great experience. Many thanks to the owner Prithviraj Jadhav and Akshay and Sunny. After checking in, we went out for an evening outing but after a short distance, my car had a brake problem and had to stop the car on the road. I was looking for a fitter and my wife and children were in the car. After a long walk I found the garage but had to wait as the mechanic was out, it got dark and the worry grew, But I remembered that I took the hotel card and I gave the number to my wife. When my wife called them, Akshay from the reception room, Prithviraj Jadhav, the owner of the hotel himself came there and he and his friends, Akshay and Sunny were also staying there full time. They were very helpful by staying there when I was not there. They didn't go even after the fitter and I reach there very late, they arranged to drop my wife and children back to the hotel and everyone stayed there until the car was ready, even though it was very cold, everyone stayed there to see what was going on. All the needs of the mechanic were met immediately by them. They all left only after the car was fully repaired, i.e. at 10 pm. Indeed, who knows what would have happened to us if it had not been for this congregation that day. All of them showed that humanity is always bigger than money.
