Locatie en het personeel zijn super

Het hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd. Is absoluut aan modernisering toe. € 350,- per nacht p.k. is het niet waard, eerder €150,-

Cool vibe, super clean and the staff really friendly. Pool area also really nice

The only thing if I had to be picky The bed was comfortable but they were 2 singles put together They moved a lot and was loud But it’s really a tiny aspect of a perfect hotel

"Great location, very central but very calm and quiet. Beautiful Retro-Miami vibes of the design."

The breakfast setting was wonderfully located near the pool area and gives 'retro' Miami vibes. The room was spacious and it felt like a little apartment. spacious bathroom with big shower and separate bath tub. Eventhough located in the center of Playa del Ingles, it was very quite and calm.

En primer lugar la amabilidad de todo el personal En segundo lugar la paz y tranquilidad del hotel….los huéspedes eran todos muy educados En tercer lugar la decoraciòn del hotel….que compensaba que tenía sus años y muchas manos de pintura.

El café del desayuno…..creo que se podría mejorar la experiencia si el café fuese rico

Big, comfortable room with a great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area to lounge. The staff were very professional and kind and were able to facilitate a late check-out.

Whwj booking this property I was told it included a free airport transfer. It was not made clear that this free transfer had to be booked at least 24hr before the check-in, and I lost the offer. Allegedly this was to facilitate organising the transfer in advance, but even on the day of check-in it was possible to reserve the exact same transfer, but not free. I'm not sure if this is under the control of the hotel or Booking but I mention it here in case it can be reviewed by either
