Great location in Playa del Ingles between the beach and Yumbo. We had a room on the eighth floor with a great view and privacy. The pool area is very nice and generally quiet (in terms of there’s no loud music playing!). The breakfast buffet is also very good and staff are very attentive and available 24x7.

The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. The bathroom is half open to the rest of the room, although the toilet and shower is separate. This meant a lot of doors to navigate to get to the toilet. If the bathroom were completely walled off to the rest of the room then a proper wardrobe could be installed, instead there’s just a rail to hang clothes. The hair dryer was low down under the sink and plugged in with its cable through an anti-theft device which meant we had to kneel down to use it! The gym is good but very small, can only get two people in at a time.

Excellent staff, attentive, helpful. Delicious breakfast. Quiet hotel. Brut drinks upon arrival and during breakfast. Surprises in the room. Rooms cleaned daily. Comfortable pool area, great sunbeds. Late check-out free of charge. You are amazing 😍

Just coffee for breakfast

The vibe was amazing. The decor and colour motif was so summery and vibrant. The room was huge and perfectly laid out. It had a balcony, a kitchen and a huge couch. The hotel's location was perfect. There was a convenience store beside it, the Yumbo Centre was only a few minutes walk, and the playa del ingles and sand dunes were close by too. The staff were amazing, polite and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and had a good variety to choose from.

We got 2 single beds that kept moving apart. We would've preferred 1 double bed.

The decor is fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic and was available til late , so lay ins aren’t a problem!
