Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, aber die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Sie hat sich auch gegenüber den Frauen sehr unangemessen verhalten. Wir hätten niemals erwartet, eine solche Behandlung zu erleben. Ihr Verhalten stellte sogar die Menschlichkeit infrage, da sie keinerlei Mitgefühl oder Respekt zeigte. Besonders beschämend war das Verhalten eines arabischen Mitarbeiters, der uns sogar gewaltsam aus dem Zimmer drängte. Das war eine sehr unangenehme und beschämende Erfahrung. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel völlig inakzeptabel und entspricht weder professionellen noch menschlichen Standards.
