Relativement propre

J’ai payé 3 fois ma chambre, en effet une fois sur booking, une fois arrivé, personne a l’accueil, juste une borne, quand y’a trouvé ma réservation sur la borne j’ai dû payer à nouveau. Quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre elle était déjà occupé. Donc obligé de payer une 3e fois. Plusieurs mails envoyés mais 0 réponses !
