Definitely not for disabled . Many stairs. However apartments home from home comfort
sofa was very uncomfortable was actually a broken sofa bed apt needs updates beds were hard resort is nice though
Not a bad hotel, close to Puerto Banus and Restaurants
This hotel is very difficult to find At night, don't go by the directions on the web site or you will end up at the golf course, the reception is in a row of shops and restaurants. Having said that this aparthotel is great value for money it has everything you need in the apartment, you will need a car to get about as it is a bit out of the way but there are plenty of places to eat out if you want. The beach/ marine is about 1km away.
Fantastic location with great bars & restaurants on your door step, nice town house but very basic furniture ie; no mirror or dressing table in bedrooms, house was dark & dreary, needs a make over, no washing up liquid or dish cloth provided ( the last thing you want to think about whilst on holiday) !!! All that was provided was 6 eggs, 2 drink cartons of milk, NO bread & they call that a welcome pack!!! So go prepared! The Staff weren't very friendly, never smiled & made you feel uncomfortable if you asked anything, you have to pay 10 euros for use of safe which is in the wall! Extras for parking use of wi fi is 6 euros a DAY!!!
Very bad experience . We had no electricity when we came back in the evening , very tired , with two little kids . There was no staff to help . As there s no staff in the evening after seven . The contact phone numbers none reachable . I called Expedia . No one was able to help . They told me to stay there with out electricity until morning . Without AC, gas , microwave , kettle , refrigerator etc . With all the apartment doors open . No security . Expedia did not even change my apartment upon several requests . Didn't change our hotel . In the morning when staff came was very rude . I could not charge my phone hence was left without my mobile phone throughout the night . The staff told us we are not a hotel so there will be no staff in the evening throughout the night . In emergency with the kids in a new country .
Had an absolutely amazing holiday with a group of friends. Apartment was ideal location, short taxi away from Beach and clubs. Room was very clean and fresh towels were provided. Would definitely return.
Two floor appartment, very nice house, with pools close to it and a beautiful terrace. Several places to eat nearby. Not very close to historical area and beaches, but if you have a car that is not a problem. Very recommendable for a family to stay, unless you prefer to stay closer to a beach (but may be compromising other things).
We have picked Aloha few days prior to our trip. I was a bit concern about that place that we didnt find very easy when we arrived. We've stayed in apt.168 and it couldnt be any better. Seriously folks. Main pool was few steps away, parking 1 min walk, caffeterias and shops 2min walk everything was so close and the view when u get out the main door is just surreal. Inside was clean and we've got everything u need. The guy(with the beard) at the reception was very helpful.I will definately come back to this place. Thank you Aloha Gardens.
We have stayed here many times over the past 6 or 7 years - It's still as good as ever, and we would not hesitate to recommend it
