Stayed at Aloha Gardens with two of my mates in a great Apartment. The location was perfect for getting around and most places are just six euros taxi trip away including porto banus. Great golf courses all really close. Loads of classy bars and large supermarket on the doorstep!
Its 7.50 euros in a taxi to the port. So good location if you don't want to be in the mix of the things. It's really Spacious everything you need and more and fantastic for a hen do.The only thing I would say is due to our late arrival a key was left in a safety deposit box but we were not advised of the code previously so had to call a number to retrieve this. We could have been anyone as my name was advertised in the window of the reception next to the safety deposit box.
Wonderful friendly place with beautiful surroundings, immediate area could do with been updated. Helpful and friendly staff and locals.
We could not stay in the room at all. My wife has a replacement knee and could not manage the stairs in the apartment or the pathways getting to it. Parking was difficult. The room had a musty and damp smell and was sparsely furnished. We thought we were booking a Hotel, not a self catering apartment. A complete waste of money!
It isn't where the map says it is. I drove around for a while trying to find this place. The reception only stays open till 7PM so I couldn't even ring them for directions... thank god for friendly spanish locals!
Excellent staff who were accommodating and helpful. The place also has a very warm covered pool, albeit a little tired, and the grounds are pretty and well kept. On the downside, the room had a rather unpleasant odur (especially when the aircon was switched on) and there were random outside noises at night. Having said this the short stay was very good value.

Aloha Gardens is perfectly located a short taxi ride outside of Puerto Banus. The complex itself is beautiful and well kept with nice restaurants close by. We were a group of 4 girls and had a 2 bedrooom apartment with garden which was modern and finished to a good standard. The only downside we found was that the twin room was right by the corridor where people come in and could be extremely noisy from people returning from a night out, it almost felt like we have people in the room with us at some points. This isn't too much of a problem though if you are out to the early hours. The only other tiny observation is that there are loads of TV channels but only one of them was in English and that was BBC News. If you like to stay connected to the outside world it is well worth invesing in their mobile Wifi, it's a brilliant portable device you can take out with you and only 25e for the week. Overall we had a lovely stay at Aloha. It is a very pretty complex and reasonably priced, I would definitely stay there again.
