Aloha Gardens by Vacation Care

Do not expect a traditional hotel type of stay; This stay was at a vacation apartment owned by an individual. The apartment was equipped with kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, garden patio, television, dvd, home stereo, and cable television. The office for check in is hard to find, so call ahead of time, and they do close in the evening. Additionally - the property is located away from the beach (closest Puerto Banos). I would recommend having a rental car (a must) to get around and do snack shopping. There is very little things to do near the main entrance but you could find a bar, small pizzeria, and indian restaurant. There are two swimming pools and again property is quiet and location was very nice for relaxation.

Our family of five recently (Aug 2013) stayed for one week at Aloha Gardens and had a fabulous time ! The apartments were brilliant - really spacious, meticulously clean with great facilities - the kitchen was fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - and a nice little back garden ! Swimming pools were great and we found no difficulty in getting deck chairs each day. We did have a car which was quite useful as we could drive down to Puerto Banus in the evenings - this area is really busy with plenty of restaurants, bars & markets ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return again

We stayed few days in a two-story two-bedroom suite in the resort. The resort is very nice and the suite was nice too. The location was excellent few minutes drive to the famous Puerto Banus in Marbella.

Run down rooms and furniture, nice pool and friendly staff. Breakdown of price per room was good for weekdays (around Euro100), but way higher in weekends, which were totally over priced. So better go in weekdays. Address was difficult to reach to, so make sure you take exact directions (El Prado street).

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no room cleaning, if you want to have your room cleaned its a 100euros. No towel changes, you want a fresh towel 6 euros. They charge you for parking, when its there own private parking space. The first 2 days the Air-conditionier wasn't working, and when we complained they said they'll have someone come over and check, that person didnt come till the following evening. when he did he just put his hand on the ac vent and said its working there air coming out, and we simply said "ITS NOT COOLING" then he tells us to open the balcony window and not to use blankets. By this time the reception had closed so the next day we went and complained again, this time they sent someone else, and he said one part was broken and he fixed it. But 2 days of suffering on a holiday, and finally on the last day of our trip the air-condition started working, worst hotel ever... , Location is not horrible but you need a car and it'll be a 15min drive to port banus. Overall if you want to punish someone or get back at someone then you should recommend them to this hotel, it was pure PUNISHMENT.

We had an amazing time in Aloha, there were 10 girls on a hen do and on request they put all our apartments together so we could be near each other, we had ground floor apartments which were great for running round to each other. The pools were great, the nearby restaurants were great, it was just far enough out of Puerto Banus for to chill, taxi rank is right outside to take you in to town! Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and there was a dishwasher which was a bonus! Had the best time and miss it already! X

A bit tired but overall good value for money some good bars and restaurants as well as taxi rank just outside

Great hotel for Aloha Golf or, as in my case sta ying whilst visiting friends in Nueva Andalucia as there wasn't enough room at their house.
