Sehr geehrtes IFA- HOTEL-TEAM, erstmal vielen Dank für den so unkomplizierten, etwas vorgezogenen CHECKIN, daa Personal verdient wirklich großen Respekt und Achtung, auch verschiedene Anfragen von zahlreichen Gästen zu managen. Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, des Hotels, sowie den SPA- Bereich.. Leider habe ich beim Checkout, am 27. Juni 2026, ca 11:15 Uhr, meine so wichtige Arbeitsplatz- Brille, Computerbrille auf dem Tresen der Rezeption liegen gelassen. Biitte rufen Sie mich an unter: 0174 9011 928

Uns hat es sehr gefallen das die Anlage sehr Sauber war. Das es für kinder sehr viel Möglichkeiten gab. Kinder hatten sich sehr gefreut. Es blieb recht schön und kommen wieder. Alleine der Kids Clup wo meine Tochter war. Bei denen auch mal ein Herzlichen Dank.

Die Zimmer waren sehr warm. Trotz Gardinen zu und abends lüften war es unangenehm.. Das Frühstück buffet das Cappucino und sonstiges extra bezahlt werden musste. Das müsste geändert werden.

Es ist ein ziemlich großer Ferienkomplex bestehend aus mehreren Häusern. Man muss ein bisschen Orientierungsinn haben. Ich war gleich an der Strandpromenade untergebracht - war Klasse.... Toll dass es Halbpension gibt. Und darüber kann ich auch gar nicht meckern, war abwechslungsreich und hat geschmeckt. Es ist natürlich Recht groß bei der Menge an Gästen. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Zimmer, ein sehr großer Vorraum zu unserem Zimmer.

Auf der Balkon waren die Sitzmöbel voll mit Kot von den Möven und total verstaubt.

Sehr gute Lage. Bäcker für frische Brötchen neben an oder über Bringservice gebucht. Beides sehr gut!

Das Essen im Restaurant Seestern war nicht gut, bzw genauer gesagt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
