Hotel Blue Spring

When we arrived to check in, the receptionist treated us rudely and we were surprised by his abrupt greeting. He then assigned us two rooms; upon arrival, we noticed the door to one of them was open, which made us uneasy. We then noticed that the door lock was malfunctioning and we couldn't close the room when we left, making it difficult to secure our belongings. The reception staff refused to change our room. The bathroom in the other room was not properly cleaned; the floor was wet and dirty, as was the shower. We do not want to return to this hotel.

Although attacked by somebody, they did move my room, but it was not much further away.

I was attacked by a person staying there.

Convenient and quiet location. Very clean outside the room and inside the room. Modern look. Spacious room. Comfy bed. No smell to the AC.
