pool, London bird doing the pool activities was boss, scran was ok

some staff members kept staring at us during meal times, this was very disturbing at times.

A very friendly atmosphere with excellent and attentive staff.

Air-conditioning is always nice, but the design of the rooms, well the one we were in, did not make it essential.
