Been going here for a long time now ; rooms are spacious , always kept clean food is typical for all inclusive but you get prawns, Entertainment is great here Kids loved the snake show they have great singers too Lottie for kids club is amazing , Oscar will also assist you with any help you may need he is so polite and lovely nothing is too much trouble , got to say the reception staff Valentine and Jamie were soo helpful too they have been here for years an work soo hard this is a real busy place its location is central to all areas , Marina and Alisea must be the absolute best bar staff hot dogs an chips at snack bar time were the best ive tasted here too , they have lovely pools here yes its a little worn now and needs a bit of a overhaul but just for the lovely ambience of the hotel , the prime location an the amazing staff Im definately sure one would enjoythemselfs, there are such nice resteraunts all round check in bungalows , its 20 min walk straight along the beach to Las Americas which by the way is a very busy place a little advise Tenerife unfortunately is now a target for pick pockets and its rife over there also please peeps make sure all windows are shut before going out and no handles are broke or loose as people will break into your room as 1 says prevention is better than cure all in all I would reccomend Checkin bungalows kids love it here and like Ive said the staff are all work soo hard and are great.

Instalações muito deterioradas, precisa de obras de renovação e a limpeza e mudança de toalhas e lençóis aconteceu somente 1 vez em 6 dias, o que foi muito insuficiente.
