Checkin Bungalows Atlantida

Breakfast was good but lacked a little bit of variety . Location is good as regards getting to different places by foot or bus.

I had a complaint regarding conduct of younger lads flaunting rules in pool area. It was promptly dealt with at first but recurred again, without the music, on Sunday evening before we left again.

I was a bit sceptical about going as they have a large green wall around them so couldn’t get a good look in January but decided to try , I was not disappointed, we had room 70 overlooking one of the three pools , room was a great size and had a small kitchen in it , bathroom was huge and bedroom was a good size too , we hired a fan for the room and it was €20 but we got that back when we returned it , balcony was a great size too , you can get air conditioning rooms but they are dearer , went to the pool every day , no fighting for a sunbed , the pool we went to was near the bar area and restaurant, the entertainment staff came and played bouls and various other games and the odd wee game of bingo , we were all inclusive, the restaurants the biggest selection o have seen but there was something for everyone, always got nice food , the bar area has live acts on at night which was good if you don’t fancy going out, al in al was very please and I will go back .

It was well located, near bars, restaurants, supermarkets,... It was a bath tab.

The pillow was a little too soft for me, but this is a personal opinion.

La pulizia

Check in is in a fabulous location. Myself and my partner have been here before on more than one occasion and again visited this April. We have just done 10 nights all inclusive. It is very convenient for its location especially if you have children due to it being so close to the beach as no hills required like most hotels abroad. The evening entertaining is average. The food is very nice we loved the selection on offer each day, we eat out in some occasions for convenience or to visit our local favourites as there are some great places in Los cristianos. Staff are really nice and create a welcoming relaxed atmosphere. Any issues are dealt with swiftly. Oscar really cares about the service provided and lottie shows clear quality leadership skills, she is very professional in all aspects of her role. Would like to give a special mention to YASMANY as he really sets the bar for standards. He shows attention to detail, goes the extea mile and clearly cares about the great service he provides and the job satisfaction he gains from this. He is exceptionally good with customers showing care and compassion. Yasmany is a true asset to checkin bungalows and should be proud of the service he provides as this is 5 stars. We WILL be back. Advice: do not read into negative reviews, language barriers can be difficult, this hotel is ran by good people who will look after your best interests. Thank you check in bungalows.
