Mersoy Exclusive Hotel

Please stay clear of this Hotel, we have complained to #LoveHolidays and as yet not heard anything back. It won an award in 2012, but has not been maintained since then. The pool started light green and got darker during the week. Unusable. The pool bar stank of stale drink. The bar ran out of beer (and the other bar was then closed) The food was recycled each meal, the salad became dry, the hot food was cold. The staff wore what they wanted, didn't acknowledge guests, spent most of the time smoking outside or not being seen. The Hotel roof was falling apart, paint peeling, dirty, stained. Our bedding wasn't changed in 9 days, room not cleaned. The toilet was constantly running, staff member came up and said it'll be fine as it'll break down waste gradually and it'll wash away. I ended up fixing it myself! We had to ask at reception for toilet rolls. The balcony door lock was broken, so we asked for a safe (£25) but there wasn't one. The walls in the room were dirty and marked, bathroom vent was broken. We had towels left at room a couple of times, but they didn't take the dirty ones. Ended up with 10 towels. THIS HOTEL is rated 4*, and description on Love Holidays website looks lovely. Sadly this is now a total lie! It's not even 1*. We have complained but heard nothing back! This was our HONEYMOON, we ended up spending money we can't really afford on drink and food out. Please stay clear..

AVOID THIS DUMP !! Returned last week from a weeks stay with my friend . Where do I even start ? We were put in the Belavista building on level 0 . The room was absolutely filthy ! No mattress protectors on beds with a sheet on the mattress and a blanket ( not what you want when it's 31 degrees . Everything in the room was broken and filthy . We complained at reception and we're just sniggered at telling us they would send the cleaner . The cleaner may have come but definitely no cleaning was done before or during our stay . The food was just awful , cold chips everyday and definitely not catered for English visitors. Only beer , gin , vodka or wine available for alcohol . Every member of staff were rude and unfriendly. We returned to our room one afternoon to find that the cleaner had been to leave towels and had opened our patio door and had left it open .. anyone could have walked in and stolen our belongings . While we were there another guest had their apple watch smd power bank stolen from their room .Another another guest who was an amputee asked to be moved to another building as the lift was broken and they charged him £120 to move him . I love icmeler as a resort , amazing shopping , loads of bars and restaurants. I will be returning but most definitely NOT to this hotel !

Absolutely worst hotel I have ever been to in my 50years the food rooms staff was disgusting we am no hotel snobs we’ve stayed in basic cheap hotels and have never received such terrible accommodation please please avoid like the plague save your money and book somewhere else!!!!!

I have been in a lot of terrible places around the world but this one is the most worse one I’ve ever been.

Sehr schmutziges und ekliges Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden uns dreckig übergeben, Zimmerservice putzt Zimmer nicht ordentlich, Tiere im Bett und Außenbereich gefunden, habe viele Stiche am Körper. Kaputter Waschbecken, verschimmeltes Badezimmer, heruntergekommene Zimmer usw. nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Otel küçük bir oteldi odaları çok küçüktü yatakları kötüydü temizlik kötüydü yemekleri kötüydü tavuktan başka hiçbir şey yoktu hizmet yoktu otopark yoktu ilgi alaka yoktu genel anlamda çok vasat bir oteldi öncesinde böyle bir otel olduğunu bilsem kesinlikle gitmezdim içecek kapalı su bile yoktu

Çok memnun kaldık. Ailelerin olduğu güzel bir oteldi. Yemekleri tatlıları herşey çok iyiydi. Çalışan arkadaşlar kibar ve ilgiliydiler.

fiyat güzeldi. o yüzden bu fiyata 5 yıldız otel konforu beklemeyin zaten. akşam yemekte ne var diye düşündürmeyen bir otel. hergün tavuk çıkıyor çünkü :) ama lezzet kötü değil. denize yürüme mesafesinde. çalışan personel güler yüzlü. Fatmagül, irem, Ela ve Ege ye çok teşekkürler
