Mersoy Exclusive Hotel

Arrived at 4.30 am with a 7 year old? Was told they have no rooms and to wait for the manager to arrive after 10am, Even though id booked , paid, got confirmation and emailed the hotel earlier to inform them of arrival time with a reply saying 'dont worry'. The chap behind the counter to be fair did allow the expedia advisor to call his mobile and he did call a taxi for me for my relocation.

Fairly decent hotel. Food below par and bar was almost non existent

Avoid at all costs, and lift didn't work, and unhelpful staff, and food terrible bar not stocked just please avoid

stayed there july 2018, first impressions is it badly needs upgraded, furniture and decor is very tired ! on arrival 3am our room wasn,t ready so after 30 mins waiting to have an additional bed added to our room and have someone try to get the aircon working i decided to go and speak to reception , i pointed out that our room that was clearly a 2 bedroom apartment would not be suitable for 3 beds as you could not get the fridge door open with the extra bed and had to climb over it to get to the balcony ! so after a call to the manager we were given a family room which although very thread bare was much better than the other room, rooms were cleaned daily and most of the staff were nice, i would say more than 80% of the people staying the were Russian or turkish , which brings me on to the next point, the food , they do not cater for british so if your a fussy eater then your probably going to be eating out most of the time,its a good location with some good points and many bad points,i paid under £700 for 3 people for 7 nights and being realistic i wasn,t expecting the Hilton for that kind of money but after the extra i spent on us eating out i would have been better paying more for a better hotel.

Booked to stay for a couple of days. Landed up booking for a vouple more days. Staff friendly loved the hotel ( stayed in sister mersoy bellavisra just around corner) Room was lovely. Great pool area. Plenty food great choice although im fussy and stuck to basics. Would definatley return

Do not go here it's not a 4 star barely a one, the "Jill" review on Trip Advisor is fake and put on by the hotel. They have an ant infestation in the food hall, there is no al a carte and definitely no double beds in the rooms. The food is horrible and not kept at the correct temperature, the housekeeper doesn't come and no supervised kids club or any entertainment.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Checked in very quickly. Service and staff is very good as well as the food. We enjoyed the Aquapark. Hope to go back.
