Oda, çalışanlar ve otel oldukça güzel ancak lezzet açısından sınıfta kaldı. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve güzel. Maalesef restoran yemeklerinde kalite ve lezzet Divan'a yakışmadı. Ne Divan signature yemekleri ne basit bir tost güzeldi.

"Eski Divan Aranıyor... "

Yıllardır bildiğimiz Divan.. Bu sene biraz farklıydı. Geçen sezonki oda konforu bu sene maalesef yoktu. Baza kalitesi gıcır gucur sesli, banyo kullanılan malzemeler geçen sezonu arattı maalesef. Servis geçen sezondan daha iyiydi. Ama elemanlar Divan kalitesine yine 1 tık uzak gibi daha iyisi olabilir. Resepsiyon karşılama maalesef zayıf müşteri seçiyorlar. Aynı anda giriş yaptığımız başka misafirler vardı. Onlara ikram getirdiler yanyana olmamıza rağmen bizi es geçtiler. Yanlarında bizi görmedi galiba arkadaşlar😐. Geçen sene ayrılırken aracımıza su, ıslak mendil vs ikram etmişlerdi yolluk olarak. Bu sene zorla isteye alabildik. Girişte minibarda deforma olan bir ürün etiketi vardı. Bunu hemen belirtmemize rağmen ve kullanım yapmamamıza rağmen çıkışta kullanım yapılmış diye bize lanse edilmeye çalışıldı. Fiyat konularına gelince. Divan kalitesi tabiki belli bir fiyat skala ile gelicek. Biz bunu istanbul ve diğer yerlerde zaten tercih ediyoruz. Ama Divan Bodrum bu sene gerçekten uçmuş durumda. Bizi sadece belli bir kesim tercih etsin diye yola çıkılmış bir uygulama heralde. Yıl sonu bunun ne denli doğru yada yanlış olduğu anlaşılacak bence.. Çünkü bunu gözlem ile biz görebildik. Otel misafirlerinin çoğu tercih etmiyor yada edemiyordu. Sonuçta tercih meselesi ama tercihleri tecrübeler belirliyor. Tüm bunlar bir araya gelince insanda düşünmüyor değil. Bu maliyete değer mi? Değecek ise karşılığı bu mu olacak?
