We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel The reception was so welcoming the rooms are wide with great view We had fun with the animation team how are always smiling and dynamic and they always prepose alote off activities and shows at night I recommend this hotel

Hotel Amir Palace – Personal Experience Review My stay at Hotel Amir Palace was, unfortunately, disappointing in many aspects. The check-in process was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time before being given our room. We also paid extra for a sea-view room. What made the arrival experience even worse was the lack of assistance with luggage; there were no porters available, and we had to carry everything ourselves. The elevators were a major issue: out of five, only one was working. The waiting time was exhausting, and when we asked why, the staff admitted that instead of fixing them properly, they kept taking spare parts from one elevator to another until none worked. The room itself was basic and clean, but full of ants everywhere. There was only one power outlet in the entire room, which was highly inconvenient. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the furniture looked old and outdated. The swimming pool was nice, and the bar offered decent drinks, though soft drinks were often served warm and ice cubes were not available. The beach was acceptable, but the sand was very dirty; it seemed no effort was made to clean up the litter. The outdoor areas were also not well maintained and were full of insects and wasps. The buffet experience was the biggest disappointment. The waiting line never ended, and the service was painfully slow. The chefs were rude, unfriendly, and openly discriminatory—often serving Tunisians first while treating international guests disrespectfully. On multiple occasions, I personally experienced offensive remarks simply because I was not Tunisian. This was very upsetting and left a negative impression. That said, I must highlight the kindness and professionalism of some staff members. Mr. Bilal, a waiter at the restaurant, was incredibly polite, helpful, and dedicated to his work. He made our stay more bearable, and I truly recommend dealing with him. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and professional. The reception staff, too, were welcoming and smiling, unlike the restaurant staff who were a complete disaster. Parking at the hotel was spacious and convenient, and the security guard there was cooperative and helpful. Overall, I would not return to this hotel unless I had no other option. If you are looking for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday, this is definitely not the place to choose.

The animation team were very welcoming and dynamic with alot off activities and various shows at night . I really recommend this residence for especially family up comers!!

this is by far the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. I don't think it qualifies as a hotel more like an abandoned hostel. it stinks, carpets are stained with a mysterious substance. The beds are very loud and quirky when you move, nasty sheets with mold. The surprise was the buffet , after waiting in line like some sort of Charity , there was a an attack on the buffet that consited of just veggies cooked ( mashed potates, boiled beans and fried tomatoes) , a pile of white rice and unseasoned macaroni , nothing you can safely eat. the place is a hasard and needs to be shut down , my mistake that i didn't check review before going

Very bad hotel, doesn’t even deserve two stars. The room was delivered an hour late and took another half hour to be cleaned. Old and dirty furniture, broken toilet, and no sockets to charge phones. Long queues and tasteless food. A terrible experience — definitely not recommended.

I visited Hotel amir palace and had a very pleasant experience . The services were well organized and the staff was frendly and helpful . The food was varied and delicious , offering both tunisian and international dishes , the hotels location by the sea created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere . The animation team added great energy and fun throughout the stay

الخدمة سيئة جداً، والطعام قديم ويعاد تقديمه. النظافة ضعيفة جداً، والعمال يطلبون بقشيش مبالغ فيه مقابل التنظيف. الفندق مكتظ بشكل مزعج ويركز فقط على الربح دون الاهتمام براحة النزلاء. Service très mauvais, nourriture souvent recyclée. Propreté faible, personnel exige trop de pourboires. Hôtel surpeuplé, priorise le profit au détriment du confort des clients. Very poor service, food often reused. Cleanliness is weak, staff demands excessive tips. Hotel overcrowded, focused only on profit, ignoring guest comfort.

We had a wonderful family stay at amir palace hotel . The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. And the kids loved the mini club activités. The Animation team kept everyone entertained with fun showes and games it was the perfect mix of relaxing and family fun
