Hello i come to this hotel with my family i find alot beautiful things here specially animation they do alot of fun and partys and alot of good things that made us happy and for restaurant is good too but the food is 50/50 and the service too and about the room i didnt like it is kinda bad but its fine and they have a good pool is so big i enjoyed it so yea bye thank ya for your good work.

Il mérite un deux étoiles. Services nul. Un seul ascenseur en marche. Nourriture laisse a désirer.

Ok the Hotel staff were brilliant. But the Guests were rude and without toleration towards non Muslin customers. We arrived at this hotel only to discover it was a "non alcohol" Hotel. Which in the adverts for the hotel it stated it has 3 bars with a picture of a champagne glass beside it. My wife was constantly verbally abused by the guests due to not covering up. As for the dining buffet the guests were greedy and wasteful. They would totally fill their tables with food then leave about 65% of it, leaving the place in a mess. The poor waiting staff could not cope with the clearing up. The hotel was poorly maintained virtually every light wasn't working and only 1 out of 5 elevators worked. As for stating the hotel is in Monistir, It was in Skanes a total dump of a town about 20mins from monistir. We were relocated to this hotel by love Holidays due our previous hotel not being available at the last minute, We wish now we had cancelled!! We moved hotels paying with our own money after hiding in our room for 3 days due to the tension caused by the guests. Love Holidays were no help. Avoid....

A fuir. Vieil hôtel non entretenu. Chambres sales. Hôtel fumeur partout même dans les couloirs. Restaurant affreux. Plage privée aussi sale que l’hôtel
