The hotel was clean, the location was good, and overall the stay was comfortable. The reception staff were polite during check-in and the property itself was nice.

I was disappointed with how the lost key card situation was handled. During check-in, nobody informed me that there would be a charge for replacing a lost card key. When I spoke with the receptionist, the general manager was present and insisted that I had to pay for a replacement. I stay in hotels regularly and usually replacement key cards are provided free of charge or the policy is explained clearly in advance. I also felt the situation could have been handled in a more reasonable and customer-friendly way.
