The staff are very friendly, supportive and professional, the food is delicious, the entertainment team are amazing, the rooms are clean, the beach is nice.

The room was cleaned every day. Every day, a lot of different activities with Team Animator. Food was great.

The property was very dirty my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days had the same bedding on I was bit all over there was bugs in the bed,went to reception and told them they said it wasn’t there problem had to leave the hotel in the end and pay for another room somewhere else also was all inclusive and didn’t eat from the hotel as they didn’t cater for English people wouldn’t recommend this hotel the stay wasn’t good and spoil our holiday

Please don't go this is hotel its very very bad and so dirty the food very dirty and the same food every day so bad the rome smile so bad

We liked the private beach, there were a lot of seating options at the beach and lots of food options.

The beds were very uncomfortable, not enough staff, the beach was full of seaweed and jellyfish, the access to the water was not cleared from the jellyfish and seaweed. The entertainment was in a closed room where people were smoking with kids around and didn't have enough seatings for everyone. The tables weren't cleared fast enough and they weren't providing water/drinks in a timely manner as they were understaffed. Lack of organization and seating at the swimming pool.

Zimmer sin sauber. Essen ist gut, aber eigentlich immer das gleiche und das in verschiedenen Variationen. Nudeln, Reis Kartoffeln und Fisch. Dann gibt es Kartoffeln, Fisch, Reis und Nudeln... Ach ja, Karotten gibt es auch in allen möglichen Versionen.
