Hotel Nesrine Hammamet

The checking in and the checking out process was terrible, had to ask to move room as the first one condition was terrible smell of dump ,ants every where, smell off sewage all round the hotel.the food quality at breakfast and dinner is the worst i have ever seen, tasteless an 8 years old can cook better than that. On the weekends they're prioritising locals people who uses the pool and beach and no one cares about the hotel's guests. I work in the tourism industry for 20years now and it's very sad to see this happening in this lovely place it's obvious that there is no care form the owner/management at all and the property in desperately needs off renovation

Nothing at all

The stuff are very rude and unwelcoming. One of the waiters actually yelled at a guest in the restaurant. The food is very very limited with no options and the cups and dishes broken. The rooms didn’t have any towels, shampoo nor body wash and we were ignored when we asked for them and the shower was broken. I left my personal towel at the pool and it was stolen and the stuff weren’t helpful at all especially the people in the reception. It’s the worst experience I ever experienced at a hotel. The worst hotel and it’s nothing like the pictures.
