New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort

The resort was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff could not provide adequate customer service for such a good resort. At check-in we did not get an explanation of the room and how to turn the lights off. The next day we wanted to know the laundry menu (they forgot the menu in the room) and if we could get transport. We were asked to wait in our room and someone would come in 10 minutes. We waited 1hr & 15mins with no-one coming as promised. We had to walk in the heat for our destination and to find someone to do laundry. The next day the new staff answered about the transport straight away - thank goodness! Upon check-out they checked our room and reported we had a small stain on a towel and they expected extra payment?? There was no stain! Just some dust or food from cleaning our face when swimming in the private pool. They did not give the pool towel so we had to use the bath towel! Please improve these things with customer service with proper training of staff that are so young or even a manager to overseas the staff professionalism.

Not much. Good location, lovely grounds and nice pool area

The staff were nice, however on checkout I was not asked how my stay was. I would have given them feedback directly, but wasn't given the opportunity. One of our rooms smelled disgusting. The prior occupant must have been smoking continuously inside the room and the aircon didn'twork. We were moved to a different room. Our second room seemed okay but when we went to bed late that night the pillows and cushions stunk of sweat and body odour. When looking more closely at the pillows we could see the yellow colour of the pillows through the pillow case that were stained from sweat and body odour. The restaurant food was below average at best. It seems like the same sweet and sour sauce is used in everything. The spring rolls had a sweet sauce that also tasted like the pizza base sauce, with a little bit of tomato added. The spaghetti bolognaise tasted the same but with meat added.

Prachtig wanneer je binnen komt en door de tuinen loopt. Ook zwembad/strand erg mooi al is het geen echt Beach hotel want je hebt er geen bedden. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Kamers zijn gedateerd, dat is dan nog niet zo’n probleem maar badkamer was erg verouderd en vies. Er lekte iets in de badkamer en douchen in bad is niet praktisch. Douchekop hangt erg laag en maakt alles nóg natter. Ook veel schimmel en kalkaanslag in de badkamer. 2 medium handdoeken pp en nergens om je handen aan af te drogen. Doen niks aan muggen; we hebben meerdere tijger muggen gedood want wij willen niet lekgeprikt worden of dengue krijgen. Muziek in de avond veelte hard en niet echt van goede kwaliteit. Eten is erg matig.
