Camera grande, pulita e con tutto il necessario per passare bene il soggiorno! Check in semplicissimo, istruzioni fornite chiare e precise. Molto silenzioso il quartiere, siamo riusciti a riposare bene. Sicuramente consiglierei questo alloggio, posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente il centro a piedi in pochi minuti.

Conveniently located between shore (downhill) and main street (uphill). Also near a bus stop and a great bakery. Room was well equipped with a small refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes and silverware. Good to have small table and two chairs. Glad to have room to hold luggage.

awkward entrance. We were told we would have a room by the elevator on the first floor. We found the elevator by the front door but our room was on the second floor all the way on the other side of the building near the back exit. The hallways were well marked with room numbers but it was a long walk for someone who is mobility impaired.

Chambre très calme , grande et lumineuse avec de bons équipements. Les explications fournies par les propriétaires sont très bonnes et détaillées. Globalement très bien , vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

La complexité pour se garer mais cela est plus lié a la ville de Reykjavik que le loueur. Une fois qu'on a compris comment ça fonctionne ça va. Il faisait très chaud dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Mais heureusement il est possible d'entre ouvrir le fenêtres dans la chambre sinon cela n'aurait pas été vivable. Globalement très bien

Petit problème au niveau de l’évacuation de l’eau dans la douche Eau stagnante, pas de raclette pour enlever l’excédent d’eau

Excellent location, convenient for both walking around and parking the car. Very quiet despite being on the ground floor/basement, with no traffic noise. Spacious room, ideal for two people.

We would have appreciated a complete set of towels for each guest, as there was only one face towel for two people. Also, a larger supply of coffee capsules for the entire stay would have been a nice gesture given the price level of the accommodation.

Location was great! Walking distance to most places in Reykjavik. (If you like to walk 😉)

Pillows - only 2 and they are flat. Just used to fuller ones.

Die Küche war komplett. Nichts hat gefehlt.

Wir sind um 09:30 Uhr angekommen und mussten bis 15:00 Uhr warten bis wir ins Apartment durften. Mit dem Gepäck war es sehr schwer durch die Stadt zu laufen. Es waren zu wenige Badetücher (1 Handtuch und zwei kleine Badetücher) und keine Pantoffeln vorhanden. Die Kissen waren sehr dünn/flach. Das Fester war defekt und es konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Am Abend vor der Abreise hatten wir kein Internet im Zimmer.
