The location is pretty close to the beach (300 m) and the apartment has all the facilities including washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The little garden with sitting area is nice although it needed cleaning when I arrived.

The check-in was confusing because the instruction that I received by email didn't match the reality. I needed the help of a neighbor to get in since the doors in fence were all locked. Also the key cards that were mentioned in the check-in instructions and that are needed to open the gate in the fence were missing. Instead there were two sets of keys that allowed to lock the sliding door to the terrace and to to unlock the door in the fence of the terrace. I found a couple dead cockroaches in the bedroom and live one in the kitchen.

Long story short: no water for a day and a half. The owners did not react and when finally contacted asked me to wait in the property, but did not come to fix the issue. Received a refund from Booking.com. The water valve must have been closed by someone as the neighbours were fine. Also, no WiFi (the booklet listed connection details to a non-existing network). All the boxes near the TV were powered on, so not a power-off issue. The owners refused to provide a solution.

Schlüsselübergabe problematisch, uns wurde ein falscher Pincode mitgeteilt, zudem sollten wir mit dem falschen Pincode auch noch im falschen Schlüsselkasten suchen, in den Unterlagen der Wohnung waren falsche Unterlagen zum Internet hinterlegt, natürlich auch mit einem falschen WLAN Passwort, der Vinylboden in der Wohnung ist komplett hinüber und geht fast auf der gesamten Fläche auseinander, teiweise löst sich der Putz an den Wänden, Silikonierung im Bad so gut wie nicht mehr vorhanden oder stark renovierungsbedürftig. Wände sehr dünn, oben durfte jemand einziehen der die ganze Nacht partymusik gehört hat, wir durften unten mithören, hat niemanden interessiert.
