The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was usually just a 10 minute ride from the tourist places (except of course, rush hour). Close to a little shopping mall that had a CVS, Target, Panera, Best Buy so we could walk over and get the couple of things we forgot to pack.

We stayed 3 nights over the Labor Day Weekend. Check in was very efficient and we were soon in our room. The a/c was not functioning properly but the staff responded quickly and were able to fix the problem within an hour. I occasionally could hear planes flying overhead but overall I would say it was a quiet location. We had a view of the city skyline to the North. There is parking available for a $20 nightly fee. The Andrew Station on the red line is about a 15 minute walk away and a very convenient way into the city. There is a restaurant on site but we did not eat there, instead we walked about 5 minutes around the corner. There is a Panera, Olive Garden and an Applebee's along with other shops including a Target and TJ Maxx. I enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again when visiting Boston.

It was great except we had to take the shuttle an hour earlier than we wanted. And no half hour shuttles. They should do a half hour one if needed
