"The energy of Tony sets the tune of the experience!"

We came up for a last minute preseason Celtics game. This hotel is literally right across the street. This hotel is rated 5 stars due to the customer service we received upon checkin and checkout by Tony. He makes you feel so special and energetic that it made the whole experience a blast. The hotel itself isn’t a 5 star hotel but it is clean and the location to the Garden is steps away. Thank you Tony and keep up the positive energy- it makes a difference!

Wonderful staff and clean hotel, however the Bistro had limited hours and wasn’t conducive to travelers coming in at odd hours. Too long to stay closed between 10am and 5pm! Boohoo!

I hate the way soap is dispense. I am 5 feet and difficult pumping soap In addition I have no ace to my own shampoo and comb…. Had to open . Bend over too many time. Need shelf in shower Otherwise had good stayshower curtain , place on floor with towel.
