Radisson Hotel Shimla

The reception staff was very welcoming and in particular Mr.Aditya .Overall good property,nice view and great food.

Pool maintenance.

The food was delectable. The location was apt as the hotel is just few mins away from Shimla Mall road. The drop off and pick up facility was provided by the hotel itself.

Some staff member started knocking on our door around 11:15 pm saying housekeeping. He knocked on the door(Room No.2001) multiple times and rang the bell also (although the service was requested in Room No.2002). There was a lot of disturbance outside our room .Finally had to request the staff members in the corridor area around 12:45 am to not disturb us further. Also ,My husband had to wait for 20-25 mins for a cocktail during lunch time. The room service was really slow. Considering 57,000 for two day stay in Shimla, the experience was not at all great. We were here to celebrate our birthday, Nothing was complementary not even a single piece of cake or any flower arrangement. Not even a single staff member wished me Happy Birthday.

Clean and good property with swimming pool

1. Booking.com of property page says 5 swimming pools. There is 1. Incorrect information. 2. Couldnt use swimming pool because water was vedy cold. 3. Reached very late in evening and asked to extend the stay till 3pm; plainly refused; even though hotel wasnt near full as well. New from 5 star. Generally if its not fully booked; extending stay by couple of hours or so isnt an issue.

It was lovely staying at the Radisson Jass Shimla, and I must say, the property is absolutely stunning! The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making the entire experience even more memorable. A special shout-out to Rakesh & Sudiksha who checked us in. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and ensured that all our needs were met. Gorgeous property, the excellent staff, or the wonderful food, everything about this place made for an unforgettable experience!

The property is amazing, Tamanna was very courteous & tries to accommodate major of our requests. Restaurant has amazing and food was delicious. Every staff member is so courteous & do their best to make you at ease. Aditya also helped accommodate our shuttle requests last minute. Cheers to the amazing property & Kudos to an amazing team!!

My stay at Radisson Jass Shimla, though just for one night, was an experience I’ll always cherish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely courteous and down-to-earth. It was heartening to know that most of them are local Pahadis—people native to Shimla—who bring a special charm and humility to their service. After two sleepless nights traveling from Bangalore, carrying my 8-year-old due to limited connectivity, I was exhausted. Mr. Rakesh at the front desk went out of his way to arrange an early check-in, ensuring my daughter and I could rest. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference and showed true hospitality. The breakfast spread was generous, and the in-room dining service was both fast and delicious. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to nearby attractions, which added great convenience to our short stay. Everything about the experience—from the service to the people—was simply perfect. Radisson Jass Shimla is a shining example of hospitality done right. I truly hope they continue this level of service. People will not only love the hotel but also the warm-hearted Pahadi spirit behind it.
